Dr. Malika Rajendra
Dr. Malika Rajendra was raised in Fayette County Georgia. She graduated from Sandy Creek High school in Tyrone, Ga in 2004. Dr. Rajendra studied Microbiology at the University of Georgia where she graduated with honors in 2007. She started optometry school in 2008 in Memphis, TN where she graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2012.
Dr Rajendra’s interest in optometry started when she volunteered for a program called Unite for Sight in 2006. While studying at UGA she worked as a vision therapist at Five Point Eye Care in Athens, Ga. Her clinical externships took place at the VA hospital in Memphis, TN and in Marietta, Ga at Dorfzaun Eye Care. Dr. Rajendra enjoys taking time to get to know her patients order to give e them the best quality eye care.
